How long does it take before my Babytime Bag™ ships?

Normal processing time is 5 business days and your bag will be sent via FedEx and any shipping method you select. Our default shipping is FedEx Home Delivery or Ground. Using the default shipping method, your bag should arrive within 2 to 7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are unable to ship our bags outside of the U.S. However, we may be able to accommodate customers on an individual basis. Please contact us for more information.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

FedEx: Ground, Home Delivery, 2 Day, Overnight

How far in advance should I purchase my Babytime Bag™?

You can order at any time!

If you are ordering for your favorite mommy-to-be, ordering it in time for the shower works best for most people

Otherwise, two months before the expected delivery date (since some little ones can't wait to come into the world!) is usually sufficient.

Of course, because we can process orders quickly if necessary, don't worry if you have to order at the last minute. Just contact us at info@babytimebags.com and we will work to deliver it on time

What is your change and cancellation policy?

Babytime Bags are customized gifts. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at info@babytimebags.com. Cancellation and refund requests will only be accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. Changes can be made within 5 days of placing your order or before you receive notification that your Babytime Bag has shipped, whichever is sooner. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to packing your bag!

What is your return policy?

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied. Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted for defective merchandise or errors in your order. Any requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and any returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase. Items cannot be accepted past the 30 days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed and undamaged with original packaging. What is your policy on sales tax?

Orders submitted in New York, or that are being shipped to New York, will be charged a 8.375% sales tax.
